Salem Arts Association Presents the fourth Annual Artoberfest Music and Art Festival
Saturday September 28, 2024 - 12 to 6 PM
Salem Arts Association is proud to announce the return of Artoberfest 2024, our fourth annual celebration that combines the creative energy of art with the festive spirit of Oktoberfest.
When: Saturday September 28, 2024 | 12:00 - 6:00 PM
Where: Salem Maritime National Historic Site, 160 Derby Street, Salem, MA (the park next to the Salem Arts Association).
Artoberfest is a FREE event open to the public, featuring live music, dance performances, art-making activities, food, and a beer garden. Bring a blanket, relax, and enjoy a day filled with art, live entertainment, and community on Derby Street.

Enjoy our Beer Garden sponsored by East Regiment Beer Company, alongside a selection of local food vendors.
A Creative Twist on Oktoberfest
Artoberfest, now in its fourth year, has quickly become a beloved fall tradition in Salem. Since its inception in 2021, the festival has drawn large crowds to the Salem Maritime National Historic Site for a full day of music, art, dance, food, beverages, and more. This year’s event promises to be even bigger, with expanded entertainment and activities for all ages.
Salem Arts Association invites the local community to kick off Salem's Haunted Happenings season with this vibrant celebration of arts and culture. Artoberfest Exhibition
In addition to the festival, visit our gallery exhibition that celebrates Salem’s history and autumnal themes. This exhibition, featuring works by Salem Arts Association members and community of artists, explores Halloween, witchcraft, and the spirit of the season through diverse interpretations.
