Salem Arts Association presents and exhibition of photography that celebrates black & white photography and Film Noir.  It will complement the 13th Annual PEM Inspirational Exhibit which is being held at the same time.

Gallery Hours are every Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 – 5:00 p.m.
