About the Harvard Student Art Show The idea for this exhibition and sale developed as the product of collaboration and discourse between several undergraduate students who attended the
Office for the Arts at Harvard's Annual Harvard Student Arts Leaders Luncheon with Drew Faust in October, 2008. Our project is driven by a focus on the centrality and visibility of art produced
by students, as well as an interest in generating a forum to promote the creation, appreciation, and
sale of Harvard undergraduate and graduate student artwork. The Harvard Student Art Show will be held in the Pavilion Tent outside the Science Center on May 4th, 2009, which is the Monday
following Harvard’s ARTS FIRST weekend. Student artwork will be available for purchase by cash or check. Thank you so much for your time and please feel free to bring family and friends.
